We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of harmful behavior involving minors. Our policies and standards are designed to comply with international child safety regulations and app store requirements.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Amakomaya:

• Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, harassment, or inappropriate communication with minors
• Sharing or requesting images, videos, or messages involving minors
• Attempting to bypass age restrictions

Age Restrictions

Amakomaya is not intended for children under the age of 13. Users must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in their country to access and use the application.

Detection & Enforcement

We actively monitor user activity using automated systems and manual moderation to detect and remove any content or accounts that violate our child safety standards. Accounts found engaging in prohibited behavior will be permanently suspended or removed.

Reporting & Cooperation with Authorities

We encourage users to report any suspected violations involving child safety immediately. Amakomaya cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations when required by law.
