Deep breathing exercise during pregancy

Belly breathing is one of the best ways to oxygenate your blood and reduce stress during pregnancy. It is also an excellent way to prepare your body for childbirth.

  • sit cross feet on ground and relax.
  • now breath deeply

  • pay attention on the sound and rhythm of your breath
  • slow down with each breath
  • After few minutes, you will notice how much calm you are 
  •  After 5mins of belly breathing start chest breathing
  •  practice this as long as you are comfortable
  •  The rib case & thoraic cavity expands the sides front and back with each   inhalation & exhalation
