Office & Project Support Officer
An early-career role for someone who wants to learn how a digital health organisation actually runs — the office, the paperwork, the records and the coordination that keeps health and digital projects moving.
What you will do
- Day-to-day office administration and coordination, and keeping the office organised and running smoothly.
- Documentation and report writing — meeting minutes, activity reports, field notes and project updates.
- Data entry and record keeping: project records, contact lists, attendance, files and simple trackers.
- Preparing basic documents and content — letters, forms, simple presentations and short write-ups.
- Handling email and professional communication with partners, offices and team members.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing the agenda and following up on what was agreed.
- Following up with different organisations and offices on letters, approvals, documents and pending tasks.
- Visiting offices, health facilities, government offices and project locations when required.
- Supporting Amakomaya's health and digital projects with coordination, paperwork and field logistics.
- Learning and practising professional office culture — punctuality, documentation discipline, confidentiality and teamwork.
- Other reasonable tasks needed for day-to-day operations.
Who we are looking for
- Female candidate.
- Fresh graduate or early-career candidate — bachelor's degree (any discipline; management, social science, public health or IT is a plus).
- Good communication and writing skills in Nepali and English.
- Basic computer skills — email, word processing, spreadsheets and internet use.
- Willing to learn, take feedback and pick up new tools and systems.
- Responsible, organised and professional, with attention to detail.
- Valid scooter/motorcycle driving licence and comfortable travelling by scooter.
- Willing to travel to different offices, health facilities and project locations.
What you will learn and gain
- How digital health projects are planned, documented and delivered in Nepal.
- Professional documentation and report writing that partners and government offices actually use.
- Coordination with health facilities, municipalities, government offices and partner organisations.
- Practical office systems — records, filing, trackers, email etiquette and meeting discipline.
- Exposure to real health and digital projects, and the health workers and families they serve.
- Mentorship from the Amakomaya team and a clear path to grow into a wider role.
